We appreciate your purchase and your trust in our services. Please read this refund policy carefully before completing your transaction.
All Sales Are Final (Except Defective or Damaged Items)
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:

Include photos of the defect or damage

We will replace the item at no cost as quickly as possible
Sizing Disclaimer
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Order Cancellations
Because items are made to order, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
Shipping Issues

Orders are produced in 2–5 business days and then shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.

Digital Products & Coaching Services (Including Monthly Subscriptions)
Due to the nature of digital content and personalized coaching services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
-Monthly coaching subscriptions (after access has begun)
-Coaching sessions (completed or missed)
-Digital downloads (guides, PDFs, templates, videos, etc.)
-Custom plans or programs
Your monthly subscription begins at the time of purchase and renews automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the end of the trial period. No payment will be collected if cancellation occurs before the first billing date listed in your confirmation email.
Refunds for Medical Deferral or Pre-Session Opt-Out
We understand that coaching services may not be appropriate for everyone. A refund will be issued if either of the following conditions are met prior to your first coaching session:
-You choose to opt out after reviewing the required Waiver and/or Health History Form, and notify us before your first session.
-You are medically deferred from participating in coaching services based on information disclosed in your forms, and we determine that coaching is not safe or appropriate for you at this time.
To request a refund under these terms, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at 📧 service@realcoachdrew.com and include:
-Full name
-Purchase date
-Order number
-Reason for opting out or relevant medical information (if applicable)
Refunds will not be granted after the first session occurs, even if forms were submitted afterward.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may also be granted at our sole discretion in the following situations:
-Duplicate purchases
-Accidental multiple charges
-A documented inability to access the product due to technical issues not caused by the customer’s device or software
We do not issue refunds for injuries, illness, or personal changes in circumstances once coaching has begun. However, we may pause or extend your subscription upon request, at our discretion.
Cancellations & Billing
-Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
-If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be billed.
-All coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our terms and may result in immediate termination of your services. We encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
